Reservations & Rates

CABINS: A deposit equal to one night stay is required to reserve a cabin.  Final payment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cabins require a two-night minimum stay on weekends; a three-night minimum stay on all other holidays and for the Rhythm & Blues Festival. Exceptions can be made depending on availability. 

LODGE ROOMS: A deposit equal to one night stay is required to reserve a lodge room.  Final payment will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. A two night minimum is required for weekends except during our off seasons. Exceptions can be made depending on availability.   

GROUPS: A Group reservation is two or more cabins and/or lodge rooms, even if reserved under separate names.

 For Group bookings we require a 50% deposit at time of reservation.  Full payment for group is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a $25.00 per room or cabin fee.  Cancellation 30 days or within to arrival is NON REFUNDABLE.  Request for cancellation or changes can be made by calling (509) 996-4348.  We do not accept phone messages for cancellations.

For groups we allow 5 free changes (a cancellation is not a change) after 5 changes there will be a $100.00 charge per change.  NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITH IN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

 

All rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest after two will have an extra charge. Children are considered guests. Please notify the Front Desk if you are going to have additional people (not to exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the room/cabin). Discovery of unregistered guests in a room/cabin will result in double the extra guest fee and will be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation.

Cancellations, Changes or Refunds

           OUR CANCELLATION FEE IS $25.00 PER ROOM OR CABIN ONCE DEPOSIT IS MADE.

         Requests for cancellations or changes can be made by calling us at (509) 996-4348. We do not     accept phone messages for cancellations. Reservations made through an agency or other website (Central Reservations, Booking.com, Expedia, Air BNB, etc) must be cancelled through them.

There is no refund for any unused portion of your stay or for a reduction in the number of guests after you have checked-in.

CABINS: Cancellation policy is 30 days before 3:00 pm of arrival day. If cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival, full reservation is NON REFUNDABLE.

LODGE ROOMS: Cancellation policy is 7-days before 3:00 pm of arrival day. If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, full reservation is NON REFUNDABLE. 

GROUPS: Cancellation policy is 30 days before 3:00 pm of arrival day.  If cancelled within  30 days prior to arrival, full group is NON REFUNDABLE.

WINTER TRAVEL: Please check travel conditions and be prepared for winter driving. Unless both passes (I-90 and US-2) are closed for an extended period of time, you are responsible for your reservation.  Annually, the North Cascades Pass (HWY 20) typically closes mid-November through March.  Current pass reports can be found at www.wsdot.com.  Be prepared for winter driving.

Pet Policy

We are sorry but we have a strict no pet policy, which means no pets are allowed on the property or in rooms/cabins. There will be a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee charged for evidence of a pet in the rooms/cabins. We recommend Rover's Ranch or Aspen Kennels.

Smoking

The lodge & cabins are non-smoking; this includes all verandas and decks. At this time smoking is allowed on the grounds in designated areas. There will be a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee charged for smoking in the rooms/cabins.

Check In / Check Out

CHECK IN after 3:00 p.m. If you are planning to arrive after normal office hours, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for welcoming you.

CHECK OUT is 11:00 a.m. Late check outs may be arranged with the Front Desk on day of departure depending on availability. Because of housekeeping and possible guests coming in we really need help keeping on schedule with our checkout time.

Guest Conduct / Damages

You are responsible for any and all damage your party may cause during your stay. You agree that you are responsible for paying the full cost of replacement or repair of damaged items. If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a cabin, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, violation of smoking or pet policies, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account.
