Each cabin is situated to create maximum privacy and offer stunning river views yet is still close to all amenities of downtown Winthrop.. You’ll find all the comforts of home here: fully stocked kitchens, wireless internet, Dish TV, charcoal BBQs (summer only), air conditioners and best of all, your own private deck overlooking the river.

Cabins #1 # 2 sleep four adults with a queen bed in a bedroom and a queen bed in a loft.
Cabin #3, 4 & 5 sleep four adults with a queen bed in a bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
General Guidelines for the Cabin:
Check in time is 3:00 pm if you arrive after 8:00 pm please let us know and we’ll make the appropriate arrangements. Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.
Cabins require two-night minimum stay on weekends.
A three-night minimum stay on all other holidays & Rhythm & Blues Festival.
Very sorry but we have a no pet policy, which means no pets are allowed on the property or rooms.

Reservations/Cancellation Policy for Cabins
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Housekeeping is included in our rates.
A deposit equal to one night stay is required to reserve cabin. Final payment is due on arrival day except for group reservations (more than one cabin) then full payment is due 30 days before reservation.
Cancellation policy is 30 days before 3:00 pm of arrival day. Cancellations must be made by telephone, we do not accept e-mails for cancellations. If we are able to rebook cabin 80% of deposit will be refunded, this is to cover expenses. If we are not able to rebook your cabin you will be responsible for your entire reservation.
The lodge & cabins are non-smoking. We do allow smoking on the decks of the cabins at this time. Smoking is allowed on the grounds. Please follow Washington state laws for public places.
